-My Birth-

My name is Andrew Kibirango, born on 2nd November , 1986 (so I was told). I am the last born and only boy of my mother in a family of nine siblings. My mother's name is Ms. Mary Namagembe. And my father's name is Mr. Ssenjala Mohammed.

-The Story Of My Family-

We were born nine children; eight girls and one boy. I never got a chance to know my father because he died before life removed away the innocence. Growing up wasn't easy... no money, no father and no chance to be happy. Mother did whatever she could to see us through but I could see that it was hard for her. Many of my sisters never got a chance to go beyond the ordinary level of high school because there was no money to pay for there school dues. And so they ended up dropping out at an early age and try to relieve off the stress from mother. Due to hardships we didn't stay together as a family for long as many of my sisters opted to leave and try to find their destiny. There is one of my sisters Nanyinji whom we last saw in 1995 and since then no one has ever seen her again nevertheless hear from her or even knows where she is. My beloved sister Brenda, the heartbeat of mother's happiness past away when I was in Senior Four (S.4) and this was another grief to our family.
